About

The Plantation Key School PTA sets yearly goals designed to enhance the welfare and education of all students while responding to the school’s evolving needs. Working closely with parents, caregivers, staff, and community partners, the PTA strives to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families to advocate for all children.

In addition to promoting strong parent, family, and community involvement, the PKS PTA is dedicated to fostering student success and well-being. We work to provide services and resources that support the diverse needs of our student body and to coordinate activities that build school spirit, encourage family togetherness, and promote safety throughout our community.

To sustain these efforts, the PTA raises funds through a variety of initiatives—including community partnerships, school-wide fundraisers, and family-friendly events. These funds allow us to host free activities for children, support teachers and staff whenever possible, and invest directly back into the school. Through these combined efforts, the PKS PTA continues to enrich the educational experience of every student at Plantation Key School.
